But since the competition doesn't charge for a repair it's just stupid, especially after just 1 year! My 360 broke down outside of warranty, but they replaced it for free, REPLACED so I got a brand new one. And 145,- is like what, 4 games maybe? Now that's a lot!
Actually they do in some cases. Mine broke down on me with standard overheating (2 red lights) so no 3 year-term. My 360 is 2.5 years old,
but it's gonna be fixed for free. So repair-cost in this comparison

I really don't get why multi-platform devs are making such a big deal about this. Many people already joined the nex gen with either a PS3 or a 360 (or both), but if the price of the PS3 is to high for some, that doesn't mean they won't buy another next gen machine (360). So it isn't hurting Tecmo, since they publish games for the 360 also. A PS3 pricedrop may result in higher software sales for PS3 titles, but 360 sales will go down with it, because of 360 owners buying PS3's for their exclu...
If PS3-owners are actually excited about this 'news' it just proves that any fanboy will use THA SALEZZZ if it fits them. Just goes to show that no fanboy actually cares about games, but about defending their console of choice.

Why does everybody say that when a game gets delayed. A man can't live on only exclusives. And btw, I'm sure 360 has more of 'em, but that's not the point. People that say things like 'too many exclusives anyway' are always fanboys. At least say just games, cuz do you really want to miss out on Assassin's Creed 2, Modern Warfare 2, Borderlands, Bioshock 2 etc? It's GAMES and not exclusives that make gaming fun. Why can't people see that?
Agreed about GT5, the biggest game for Sony of all time IMO, but GoW3 TLG and Agent are niche and/or not known, I mean GoW never sold extremely well, nor did SotC, Agent doesn't ring any bells among most people who own PS3's
